Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has left a mark across the screens. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. In the next few years, she moved to Texas in search of a physical therapy career within the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on diverse roles on local independent films as well as global commercials. Despite her small roles, she discovered her passion in acting. After moving into New York and in 2001 she landed her first part on the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. Throughout the first decade of 2000, she played minor roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major series appearance was in the 2004 short-lived drama The Mountain.
